Not coffee, tea or soda - we are talking about water in the purest form. Coffee, tea, soft drinks, and even alcoholic beverages do contain water, but they also contain chemicals and additives harmful to your body. These are not substitutes for water, and they do not hydrate and cleanse your body like pure water.
You see, water carries life energy - water is your lifeline!
By the time you are thirsty, you are already dehydrated!
Chronic dehydration manifests itself as sickness and premature aging. An average person needs a minimum of 64 ounces of water per day (at least 8 glasses) in order to function at an optimum level. When the human body is dehydrated, it begins to pull water from its organs and tissues.
Lack of energy and constant exhaustion are the results of even mild dehydration. Other results of dehydration include allergies, asthma, colitis, constipation, migraine headache, rheumatoid arthritis, and angina just to name a few.
It is obvious that both the quality and the quantity of your water intake have a significant effect on your physical and mental health.
Is all water the same? Have you ever wondered if there was something more you should know about the water you are drinking?
